I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the special insert your penned in my latest edition of Foreign Affairs magazine regarding your explanation of Islamic Banking and Finance.
Your eloquent and simple explanation demonstrates how the Western world and the use of usury, though it be a “legalistic concept”, can cause extensive damage to individuals, organizations and countries when greed without conscience and profit for profit’s sake without the exchange of real goods and services takes place.
